In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the customer acting as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day the order is received, without having to provide any reason.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires, by email at: yinspirals@gmail.com

Please include at least: first and last name, order number, date of receipt, and the item(s) concerned.  

We will reply by email with the return address and instructions.

Returning the products

You must send back the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw.  

Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, and properly protected for shipping.

Return shipping posts

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refund  

If the withdrawal is valid, we will refund all payments received for the returned products, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.  

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.  

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Exceptions / exclusions 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products or products made to the customer’s specifications, as well as in other cases provided by law.
